1 cup; Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Corn Bread Stuffing
2 cup; cooked turkey, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 cup; canned whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup; finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup; finely chopped onion
1/4 cup; chopped pimiento
1/2 cup; bottled or homemade ranch or blue cheese salad dressing
Combine 3/4 cup of the stuffing mix and all of the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top the salad with the remaining 1/4 cup of stuffing mix.
