Ginger Sauce Mixture:
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 Tbsps. soy sauce
1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
2 scallions, washed and chopped
2 tsps. fresh minced garlic
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Freshly ground black pepper
Wraps:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into cubes
Fresh ground pepper
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 large head butter lettuce; washed, drained, leaves separated and patted dry

In a small bowl, combine all ginger sauce ingredients; blend well.
Season chicken on both sides with ground pepper before dicing. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil until hot. Carefully add chicken and cook until juices run clear and the chicken is no longer pink inside (about 5 to 7 minutes).
Stir sauce mixture into chicken. Continue cooking until heated through and flavors have blended into the chicken (about 1 to 2 minutes); stir continuously. Remove skillet from heat.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter. Place a heaping spoonful of ginger chicken into the middle of each lettuce leaf. Generously top with Mrs. Cubbison's Authentic Wonton Strips. Serve immediately. Just fold, wrap and eat!
