Mandarin Orange Spinach Salad

1 bag; baby spinach

1 cup; red onion, thinly sliced, lengthwise

1 can; (11 oz) Mandarin oranges, drained

1/2 cup; sesame ginger vinaigrette dressing

1/4 cup; almonds, blanched, sliced

1/2 cup; Mrs. Cubbison's Authentic Wonton Strips


Mix spinach, onion and oranges with dressing until well coated.

Remove to serving plate; top with almonds and wonton strips.
