1 box (12 oz.) of Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Corn Bread Stuffing
1 cup; oil
1 cup; spicy tomato juice
1/2 cup; green salsa
1 cup; olives, chopped
1 cup; celery, chopped
1 cup; corn (whole kernel)
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place stuffing in a greased, 2-quart casserole, and bake on middle rack of preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
