1/2 cup; butter or margarine (1 stick)
1 cup; diced, fresh celery
1/2 fresh green pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 fresh red or yellow pepper, seeded and diced
1 10-ounce package of Mrs. Cubbison's Herb Seasoned Cube Stuffing
1 1-4 cup; reduced sodium chicken broth
1 bag (3.5 oz) of Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Sauté vegetables in melted butter or margarine until soft-tender. Following box instructions for Top-Of-Stove Stuffing, add Mrs. Cubbison's Herb Seasoned Cube Stuffing and reduced sodium chicken broth.
Once fluffed, transfer to a casserole dish that has been prepared with cooking oil spray. Top with Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions and cover. Bake on middle rack of preheated 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
