1 box (12 oz.) of Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Corn Bread Stuffing
3/4 cup; fresh grapefruit segments
1/2 cup; fresh orange segments
1/4 cup; chopped walnuts
1/4 cup; chopped celery
2 tablespoons; chopped parsley
1/2 cup; butter, melted
3/4 cup; fresh orange juice
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Coarsely cut grapefruit and orange segments, add to stuffing. Combine walnuts, celery and parsley with stuffing.
Blend in melted butter and stir in orange juice.
Place stuffing in a greased baking dish and cover. Bake on middle rack of preheated 325°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
