1 box (12 oz.) of Mrs. Cubbison's Traditional Seasoned Stuffing or Seasoned Corn Bread Stuffing
1/2 cup; melted butter or margarine
1 cup; chopped celery
1 cup; chopped onion
3/4 cup; Sunsweet™ Prune Juice
1/2 cup; water
1/2 cup; Sunsweet™ Pitted Prunes
1/2 cup; Sunsweet™ Cherries
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine stuffing with butter or margarine and ingredients. (Optional: can sauté vegetables until they are somewhat tender, about 3-4 minutes.)
Stir liquid in gradually.
Spoon stuffing into a greased 2 1/2- or 3-quart casserole dish and cover.
Bake on middle rack of preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove cover and bake 5 minutes longer, or until top is browned and crispy.
