1 box (12 oz.) of Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Corn Bread Stuffing
1 cup; celery, diced
1 cup; onion, diced
1 cup; carrots, diced
1 cup; apples
2 cups; fresh corn
1 cup; mix peppers
2 cups; chicken stock
1/2 cup; butter
1/4 cup; garlic, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a skillet melt butter; when butter is melted add all vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from stove put in a large bowl.
Add one box of Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Corn Bread Stuffing. Add 2 cups of chicken stock. Mix well.
Place stuffing in a greased baking dish, and bake on middle rack of preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
