Multi-Grain Stuffing with Cranberries

Ingredients

 

6 tbsp; butter

 

3/4 cup; chopped onion

 

3/4 cup; chopped celery

 

1-3/4 cups; liquid or low sodium broth

 

1 pkg (10 oz.); Mrs. Cubbison's Multi-Grain Stuffing with Cranberries

 

Directions

 

In a large saucepan, melt butter on medium heat, sauté vegetables until translucent. Remove from heat.

 

In a large bowl, mix the vegetable mixture, stuffing, and liquid or broth.

 

Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Add stuffing mixture to pan. Cover with foil.

 

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Remove foil from pan and continue to bake for 5-10 minutes or until slightly browned.

2 cups; liquid or low sodium broth

 

6 tbsp; butter

 

1 pkg (10 oz.); Mrs. Cubbison's Multi-Grain Stuffing with Cranberries

 

Directions

 

In a large saucepan, bring liquid or broth and butter to a boil on medium high heat.

 

Remove pan from heat. Add stuffing, mix well.

 

Cover with a lid for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.

Cook Time: 8 min

 

Ingredients

 

2 cups; liquid or low sodium broth

 

6 tbsp; butter

 

1 pkg (10 oz.); Mrs. Cubbison's Multi-Grain Stuffing with Cranberries

 

Directions

 

In a large microwave safe dish, bring liquid or broth and butter to a boil (2-3 minutes).

 

Remove dish from microwave. Add stuffing, mix well.

 

Cover with a lid for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
